Yoni Facial in Chicago, IL
What is Yoni Facial Chicago?
How Does it Work?
The vajacial treatment can last about 1 hour. We will do a cleansing, apply a mild enzymatic scrub, and extract ingrown hairs during this time. After this, a soothing mask is applied, complemented by a skin brightening serum to treat blemishes. Several products and appliances are used to beautify skin, which is the thinnest and most delicate part of the entire body. This treatment is also applied to the intimate hair, which can become encysted after depilation.
This facial includes a gentle cleanse, oxidizing rice exfoliation, gentle steam, extraction (for ingrowns or pimples) or light peel (for discoloration), calming-brightening masque, and a gentle flower oil to protect and hydrate. We use Eminence Organic Skin Care for this service.

Why is It Important to Receive a Yoni Facial?
The vagina is a very delicate zone to treat and needs a lot of care since it has some unique characteristics:
“It includes areas covered by skin, such as the labia majora, and mucous membranes, such as the labia minora and the entrance to the vagina. It is a more sensitive area than the rest of the skin. It is generally darker due to friction and hormonal influence. It has a different odor, as it has special sweat glands called apocrine, which produce a thicker sweat that contains mainly fats, proteins, and testosterone degradation products. In turn, the pH is different from the rest and necessary to maintain a specific flora, so its alteration may favor the development of infections.” Explains Dr. Ana Molina, a dermatology teacher at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
